Every part that leaves Niederraunau passes through one consistent quality loop. Same site, same team, same standards from raw sheet to packed crate. No supplier chain to chase, no quality gap between processes, no finger-pointing if something drifts.
Cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, pre-assembly, packaging. All in Niederraunau, on equipment we run ourselves, with a team that owns the result. No supplier handoffs between processes, no quality gap when the part changes hands, no waiting on coordination. The drawing arrives in the morning, the part moves through the shop without leaving the site.
Decoiling up to 6,000 × 1,250 mm. Punching nibbling for over-length sheets at 4,000 × 1,500 mm and thicknesses up to 4 mm. Press brake to 4,000 mm, swing bending to 6,000 mm. Thread forming, plug-in connectors, beading on the same setup. The machine park is spec'd for jobs that other shops turn down. If your part is too long, too wide, or too unusual, that is our default zone.
ISO 9001 for quality. ISO 14001 for environment. OHRIS for occupational safety. EN 1090 Execution Class 3 for steel and aluminum construction. The powder coating line is independently monitored by the Institute for Corrosion Protection Dresden. C5 corrosion protection per DIN EN ISO 12944 is a measured value, not a marketing claim. Material certificates, batch IDs, and inspection records are archived and retrievable years after delivery.
Three decades of plant engineering on the long lead. Ten years of dedicated contract manufacturing on the daily floor. The shop knows what serial volume looks like. It knows where prototypes hide their cost traps. It knows how to take a customer drawing and turn it into a part on time, the first time. Build-to-print is the standard, prototypes and small batches are welcome.
The powder coating line runs without solvents and without a wastewater stream. Overspray is recycled back into the process. Special-format remnants from large-coil orders are routed back into smaller jobs, so leftover material becomes the next part instead of scrap. Near zero material waste, no chemistry stream to manage, a coating finish that lasts.
