FAIST manufactures your components and assemblies according to your drawings — precisely, reliably and from a single source. With in-house sheet metal processing, powder coating, assembly and packaging at the Niederraunau site.

Build-to-print means: you provide the drawing, we handle the production-ready implementation. From technical review and sheet metal processing through to the ready-to-ship assembly, we ensure stable processes, clean quality and clear responsibilities.

We handle the complete implementation of your drawing into a finished component or pre-assembled assembly.

Our services:
Cutting, punching, nibbling, bending, welding, thread forming, plug-in connectors, beading, powder coating, pre-assembly and packaging.

// Sheet metal processing

Our production is designed for precise sheet metal processing in various formats — from standard components to custom solutions.

Decoiling line up to 6,000 × 1,250 mm with sheet thicknesses up to 2 mm
Punching and nibbling system up to 4,000 × 1,500 mm with sheet thicknesses up to 4 mm
Additional processing such as thread forming, plug-in connectors and beading in the same process.

Our build-to-print manufacturing is suitable for companies that want technical drawings, component requirements or existing product concepts to be reliably implemented in series production or project-based manufacturing. Ideal for industrial components, housings, claddings, assemblies and customer-specific metal components.
