Measuring without error.

Every test bench has its own requirements for noise control, ventilation and usability. FAIST therefore develops individual solutions for a wide range of test and inspection applications. From acoustic enclosures and sound insulation panels to structure-borne noise decoupling, our systems integrate seamlessly into existing test processes.

With test benches, protecting the surrounding environment is what matters most. We enclose the noise emissions of loud tests and ensure compliance with workplace directives and TA Lärm, tailored to the specific product. Acoustic components are supplied in varying scope. The test bench itself remains the responsibility of the test bench manufacturer. A complete solution is typically delivered in cooperation with the test bench manufacturer.

For every loud test bench.

Engine, gearbox, hydraulic, pump and brake test benches. Endurance, fatigue and vibration testing. Wherever noise is generated, our noise control solutions apply. Each solution is individually tailored to the test bench. Where required, we integrate heat dissipation and ventilation into the acoustic design. Additional vibration isolation is also possible.

Effective noise control must never compromise the function of the test bench. That's why acoustic components, silencers, ventilation concepts and vibration isolation are coordinated as early as the planning phase. The result is high-performance test bench environments with defined acoustic properties and high operational reliability.
