Wilfried Thies

Our CEO Wilfried Thies is an experienced expert in the field of acoustics and plant engineering with 30 years of professional experience. As a mechanical engineer, he brings the necessary expertise to strategically advance our company. With his team-oriented leadership style and a high level of empathy, he is a valuable contact person for our employees, customers and partners. Wilfried is a big fan of Scandinavia and motorbikes and is fluent in German and English. We are proud to have him on board as CEO and to benefit from his expertise and leadership.

Georg Färber

Georg Färber is a member of the management and authorised signatory at FAIST, responsible worldwide for purchasing, logistics and exports. With 35 years of experience in procurement, materials management, logistics and production, he combines technical and commercial expertise. His background in series production, bulk goods, steel and mechanical engineering enables him to understand complex processes and implement practical, solution-driven strategies. His goal is to build a competitive global procurement network for FAIST.
