Wilfried Thies

Our CEO Wilfried Thies is an experienced expert in the field of acoustics and plant engineering with 30 years of professional experience. As a mechanical engineer, he brings the necessary expertise to strategically advance our company. With his team-oriented leadership style and a high level of empathy, he is a valuable contact person for our employees, customers and partners. Wilfried is a big fan of Scandinavia and motorbikes and is fluent in German and English. We are proud to have him on board as CEO and to benefit from his expertise and leadership.

Georg Färber

Georg Färber is a member of the management and authorised signatory at FAIST, responsible worldwide for purchasing, logistics and exports. With 35 years of experience in procurement, materials management, logistics and production, he combines technical and commercial expertise.
His background in series production, bulk goods, steel and mechanical engineering enables him to understand complex processes and implement practical, solution-driven strategies. His goal is to build a competitive global procurement network for FAIST.

Florian Eheim

Florian Eheim is a member of the extended management team at FAIST and is responsible for project management and construction. He brings in more than 30 years of experience in the field of construction and project management of industrial sound insulation systems. Pierre Hübler

Pierre Hübler is a member of the management and authorised signatory at FAIST. As Head of Production & Service in Krumbach, he oversees both areas and brings over 13 years of experience in Service and Aftersales, as well as responsibility for Production since 2020.

With a strong solution-oriented mindset and both commercial and technical qualifications, he manages complex challenges effectively. His vision is to further expand FAIST’s global market presence with high-quality, precisely implemented solutions.

Matthias Schultalbers

As Branch Manager in Bremen, Matthias Schultalbers strengthens the extended management team with over eight years of experience in sales and project management within mechanical and electrical engineering. His structured, solution-oriented approach helps drive the company’s strategic goals.

His focus is on expanding the business unit and strengthening long-term partnerships to further secure FAIST’s position as a global market leader in air intake systems.
