Quality training creates opportunities. It thrives on commitment, a willingness to learn and people who share their knowledge. Seeing this shared effort translate into excellent results makes it all the more rewarding.
Today, our management team, works council and trainers came together to recognise four of our current and former apprentices for their excellent academic results at vocational school: Jan Kruse, Technical Systems Planner, and Elia Al Farah, Anton Vikari and Noah Graile, Construction Mechanics.
In recognition of the results in their annual or final vocational school reports, each will receive one day of special leave and a gift voucher under our works agreement on “Recognition of Good Apprenticeship Performance”. It is a tangible way of saying: commitment is noticed, and achievement is valued.
Our journey together continues beyond the apprenticeship: Having successfully passed their final examinations, Jan Kruse has joined our Design department and Pia Glogger our Order Centre. We are delighted that both will continue to contribute their knowledge and skills at FAIST and build their professional futures with us.
Congratulations to all of them on their achievements, and thank you for your dedication. Our thanks also go to the trainers who support and guide our apprentices along the way. These results demonstrate what motivation and strong support can achieve – and provide encouragement for everyone starting or progressing through their apprenticeship.
