FAIST manufactures sheet metal parts and assemblies according to your requirements: punched, formed, bent, welded, coated and pre-assembled. Everything at one site, with clear processes and a high level of in-house production depth.

Sheet metal processing is more than cutting and forming. What matters is that function, material, geometry and manufacturing process work together. FAIST reviews your drawings, translates requirements into efficient manufacturing steps and reliably produces your components — from individual parts to complete assemblies.

From punching and forming to coating and assembly: FAIST offers integrated sheet metal processing with a high level of in-house production depth at a single site.

Punching & nibbling: Precise contours, cut-outs and hole patterns
Bending & swivel bending: Clean forming of large and complex sheet metal parts
Embossing & forming: Beading, louvers, tread steps, round and square embossing
Welding & assemblies: From individual parts to pre-assembled assemblies
Powder coating & finish: Surface finishing without additional interfaces
Decoiling line up to 6,000 × 1,250 mm with sheet thicknesses up to 2 mm
Punching and nibbling system up to 4,000 × 1,500 mm with sheet thicknesses up to 4 mm
Additional processing such as thread forming, plug-in connectors and beading in the same process
Additional processing: thread forming, plug-in connectors, beading, punching and deep drawing.

Our sheet metal processing is suitable for technical sheet metal parts, claddings, housings, components, acoustic and laser protection solutions, assemblies, as well as customer-specific metal parts made from steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
