Social responsibility has always been an integral part of FAIST's corporate culture. Since 2011, our first-year apprentices have been planning, organizing, and delivering their own community projects across the region. Through dedication, creativity, and strong teamwork, they support local social organizations while gaining valuable hands-on experience that extends far beyond their professional training.
From supporting nursing homes and charitable organizations to organizing fundraising initiatives, FAIST apprentices actively contribute to their local communities and take responsibility. They assist with community events, develop joint initiatives, and deliver projects that provide tangible benefits for people throughout the region.
Small Packages, Big Impact. Through the dedication of our apprentices and the Youth and Apprentice Representative Committee (JAV), 100 care packages were donated as part of the St. Nicholas Convoy 2023 for people in Romania. Approximately 70 packages were packed by our apprentices, with the remaining donations provided by external supporters.
